**IT FUN PEOPLE (President & CEO Seiji Otaki, hereinafter "IFP")** today announced the launch of **BranchWise**, a comprehensive corporate services platform designed to help businesses establish overseas entities and build the regulatory and financial infrastructure required for global expansion.

BranchWise provides end-to-end support for overseas business operations, including company incorporation, tax and accounting services, corporate bank account setup, local director and nominee arrangements, and financial licensing consulting. The platform also assists companies with global payment service provider (PSP) onboarding, cross-border settlement structures, and payment infrastructure planning for fintech and digital commerce businesses.

As cross-border commerce continues to grow, an increasing number of Japanese businesses are seeking overseas PSPs due to industry restrictions, regulatory requirements, card brand policies, and underwriting standards. Many leading global PSPs require merchants to establish legal entities, corporate bank accounts, transparent settlement structures, and compliance frameworks in jurisdictions such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Hong Kong, and Singapore before onboarding.

Establishing an overseas entity, however, involves complex legal and operational requirements, including local corporate registration, resident director or nominee arrangements, corporate banking, tax compliance, bookkeeping, and regulatory reviews related to cross-border fund transfers. Businesses operating in payments, digital content, e-commerce, and fintech sectors must also satisfy additional requirements, including financial institution due diligence, card brand reviews, and AML/KYC compliance programs.

Drawing on years of experience operating global cross-border payment businesses, IFP developed BranchWise to simplify these challenges. Through a single service, clients receive integrated support covering overseas incorporation, PSP onboarding, settlement account structuring, tax and accounting operations, and financial licensing assessments.

Depending on each client's business model and target jurisdiction, BranchWise also provides consulting for financial registrations and licensing, including U.S. Money Services Business (MSB) registration, U.K. Payment Institution authorization, Hong Kong Money Service Operator (MSO) licensing, and other money transmission-related regulatory approvals. The service is designed not only to facilitate overseas incorporation but also to establish the operational foundation required to run global payment businesses.

"Building a global payment business is no longer just about technology," said **Seiji Otaki, President & CEO of IFP**. "The real challenges lie in establishing the appropriate corporate structure, banking relationships, settlement flows, and regulatory compliance. BranchWise is built upon the practical experience we have gained through operating cross-border payment businesses, allowing our clients to focus on growing their international business while we support the underlying infrastructure."

Otaki added, "For digital services and business categories that are difficult to support solely through Japan's domestic payment ecosystem, overseas PSPs have become an increasingly important option. BranchWise provides businesses with practical access to the global payment ecosystem by supporting overseas corporate establishment, regulatory readiness, and partnerships with PSPs operating on Visa, Mastercard, and other international card networks."

Going forward, IFP plans to expand BranchWise's geographic coverage and strategic partner network while integrating payment infrastructure, risk management, compliance, and settlement support into a comprehensive platform that enables businesses to scale internationally with confidence.
