Ethics Consultation & Reporting

The Corporate Ethics Consultation Center accepts consultations and reports regarding unfair work practices, abuse of authority, acceptance of gifts or entertainment, interference with partner companies, payment-related complaints, leakage of confidential information, violations of internal accounting controls, and other misconduct. The identity of reporters and the content of consultations/reports are kept confidential. We welcome your valuable input.

  • Unfair work practices and improper demands using superior status
  • Demands for joint acquisition of property or loans of money
  • Contract-related complaints such as lack of fairness in partner selection
  • Embezzlement of company funds, misuse of company assets, and other misconduct
  • Accounting-related complaints (data manipulation, delayed payments, etc.)
  • Leakage of company information and improper acquisition of third-party confidential information
  • Acceptance of gifts, entertainment, or favors
  • Other acts that violate corporate ethics or harm corporate culture
  • Violations of internal accounting control regulations

Whistleblower Protection Program

All consultations and reports are handled confidentially, and the identity of reporters is strictly protected. The Corporate Ethics Consultation Center operates a Whistleblower Protection Program to ensure that anyone can raise concerns with confidence.

Protection of Reporter Identity and Confidentiality

  • The identity of reporters, investigation participants, and the content of reports must not be disclosed without the reporter's consent.
  • Reporter identities and report details remain confidential throughout investigations and disciplinary procedures.
  • Disciplinary regulations for employees who violate identity protection and confidentiality obligations

Protection Against Retaliation and Discrimination

  • IT FUN PEOPLE will take appropriate measures to remedy any disadvantage resulting from a report.
  • Employees who refuse improper requests or misconduct will be protected from retaliation, and appropriate remedial measures will be taken where necessary.

Rewards and Protection from Liability

  • If a reporter voluntarily discloses their own misconduct or other violations of corporate ethics, such disclosure may be taken into consideration when determining disciplinary action.
