IT FUN PEOPLE (President & CEO Seiji Otaki, hereinafter "IFP") announced that it has established a strategic presence in the United Kingdom to expand its payment and settlement network across Europe.

As one of the world's leading financial centers, the UK serves as a key gateway for payment institutions and fintech companies across Europe. Through its UK operation, IFP plans to strengthen payment services for European merchants while further enhancing its global payment infrastructure connecting Asia, North America, and Europe.

Building on its participation in the Visa Payment Service Provider program, IFP continues to expand its global card payment capabilities. The company operates payment infrastructure designed to comply with financial regulations and card security standards across multiple jurisdictions, providing reliable payment services for online merchants worldwide.

Leveraging its Payment Gateway (PG) business foundation in South Korea and its registration as a cardholder data handling operator in Japan, IFP provides integrated payment services covering authorization processing, transaction monitoring, risk management, settlement operations, and API integration. The platform supports businesses across digital content, e-commerce, SaaS, subscription services, and other online industries.

The UK operation will serve as a strategic hub connecting card networks, local payment methods, and multi-currency settlement across Europe. This will enable merchants to optimize payment operations while expanding into international markets through a unified payment infrastructure.

Seiji Otaki, President & CEO of IFP, said, "Establishing our UK presence marks another important milestone in IFP's global payment strategy. We will continue expanding our financial infrastructure and provide secure, compliant, and reliable payment services for merchants worldwide."

IFP will continue strengthening partnerships with global payment providers and financial institutions while expanding enterprise-grade payment infrastructure across Europe and other international markets.
