About the Team
The AI Platform Backend team designs, builds, and operates backend systems and internal platforms that support AI Transformation (AX) across the organization. We develop AI-powered service architecture and enable company-wide AI adoption through technical documentation and training.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate backend systems and infrastructure supporting AI Transformation (AX)
- Build and maintain AI-powered services and internal platform architecture
- Create and maintain AI-related documentation, including technical guides and internal wikis
- Support AI adoption across the organization through documentation, training, and technical enablement
Qualifications
- Experience developing and operating services in Linux environments
- Hands-on experience using Agentic AI tools such as Claude Code or Codex
- Professional backend development experience using at least one language such as Java, Python, or Go
- Strong interest in AI-driven business transformation and process automation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with web frameworks such as Spring, FastAPI, or Gin
- Understanding of databases, message queues, virtual machines, and container technologies
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and modern generative AI technologies
- Experience with AI workflows such as BMAD
- Experience building services on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with frontend technologies including React and Tailwind CSS
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience writing technical documentation and user guides
